A: Fighting through the pain and seeing improvement.

A: Hard work and perseverance pays off.

A: Making varsity in cross country last year.
Q: How did you get started in your sport?
A: It is a long story, but basically I would run all the time in Phys Ed. My teacher saw my potential and asked if I would run track or cross country. I said no at the time because I was nervous, but I changed my mind and worked over the summer on my own to prepare myself for starting cross country my sophomore year.

A: Football, rugby and wrestling

A: Running varsity and earning the Workout Warrior Award.

A: Score points for the team and run to my fullest potential.

A: Jakob Ingebrigtsen because his speed and perseverance are a true motivation.
